No need for complicated email marketing platforms. I've kept things straightforward. Setting up a welcome email takes mere seconds. Flip the toggle, write a concise subject line ("Thank You for Getting a Bid from Eco Wash"), and include a brief message welcoming questions.
Testing is crucial. I send out a test email and confirm its receipt, demonstrating how effortless it is to initiate conversations directly from customer inquiries.
While email remains our primary channel, I understand that some prefer texts. Integrating SMS automation via Zapier provides additional flexibility.
